An immersive, multi-day horror experience created for Blumhouse and Peacock to position the platform as the ultimate destination for genre fans. Overnightmare invited guests to confront their fears inside a fully transformed version of the famously haunted Stanley Hotel, turning the historic property into a living, breathing Blumhouse universe.

Spanning six days, the activation reimagined the lodge as an overnight experience featuring four distinct scare environments inspired by iconic Blumhouse films including Insidious, The Purge, Freaky, and Happy Death Day. From check-in through departure, guests navigated interactive storylines, live scares, and hauntingly detailed set builds designed to feel cinematic, immersive, and deeply unsettling—while remaining accessible to both horror newcomers and diehard fans.

The experience welcomed over 60 guests across the run and generated significant cultural impact, earning 40+ press hits and driving 90.6M press impressions, 450M+ earned media impressions, and 359.3M+ total social impressions. Widely covered by outlets including Variety, People, Collider, IndieWire, The Today Show, Access Hollywood, and E! News, Overnightmare cemented itself as a benchmark for elevated horror storytelling through experiential design.
